FLUSHING — A St. Louis medical student was in critical condition after he fell from a Shea Stadium escalator Saturday, the New York Post reported.
Justin Larson, 26, slid down the escalator near Gate D around 10 p.m. Saturday when he slipped and fell 25 feet to the floor following the New York Mets-St. Louis Cardinals game, the paper said.
He was taken to New York Hospital Queens, the Post said, where he was listed in critical condition with broken ribs, bruising on the brain and a collapsed lung.
