FAR ROCKAWAY — A 31−year−old Brooklyn woman was arrested after she allegedly threatened to kill a Far Rockaway woman and harm her family members, the Queens district attorney said.
Michelle Kyte, of 408 Decatur St. in Brooklyn, was arraigned April 20 before Queens Criminal Court Judge Mary O’Donoghue on charges of aggravated harassment and harassment, Queens DA Richard Brown said. The defendant, who was released on her own recognizance, was scheduled to return to court this week, Brown said
On April 6, Kyte is alleged to have called a Far Rockaway woman and threaten to put a bullet in her head, harm her 5−year−old daughter, burn her house down and slash the faces of her family members, the DA said.
