On Thursday, October 8, a fundraiser for Democratic Mayoral candidate Bill Thompson was held at the Bungalow Restaurant on Beach 92nd Street in Rockaway Beach.
Many local residents attended, as it was an opportunity for the Rockaway community to meet and talk with Thompson. He expressed his concerns for the Rockaways and his commitment to all New York City residents.
At the fundraiser were: Dan Tubridy; Mayoral candidate Bill Thompson; Democratic City Council Candidate Frank Gulluscio; Linda Ruscillo, 100th Precinct Community Council; Danny Ruscillo, Council President; Assemblymember Audrey Pheffer; and Mike O’Toole, board member of the RPH/R Inc.
