EAST ELMHURST — A woman was charged with assault and harassment for allegedly punching and kicking another woman in East Elmhurst, the Queens district attorney’s office said.
Marisol Yallico, 42, of 37-02 97th St. in East Elmhurst, allegedly grabbed the victim by the hair, pushed her to the floor and punched and kicked her at around 10:30 a.m. May 30 inside 32-15 Junction Blvd., according to the criminal complaint.
Yallico was arraigned May 31 by Queens Criminal Court Judge Elisa Koenderman on assault and harassment charges and released on her own recognizance, the DA’s office said.
Her next court date is scheduled for July 19.
