There is nothing a traveler values more than convenience. People cannot control traffic or flight delays, but the SmartPark JFK Parking Co.’s recent improvement on its reservation process gives people more control over their parking situation.
Located at 123-10 South Conduit Ave. in South Ozone Park, SmartPark JFK is 1 1/2 miles from the airport. As a full-service valet lot, SmartPark is an alternative to long-term airport parking. The company even assists its customers with their luggage and provide transportation to and from their terminal in an effort to improve the quality of customer service.
The goal of the SmartPark facility was to make airport parking easier and the company continues to enhance the parking experience by adding new features to its SmartPark JFK app, an application that allows users to make reservations from their cell phones. This app was introduced some months ago, but now the app’s new features are making it easier for customers to get to their flights on time.
“SmartPark JFK is aware of the time constraints travellers face while in transit and we will continue to be an advocate for exemplary customer service,” said Adam Smith, director of operations for SmartPark, in a press release.
The functions of the new features allows customers to make changes on their reservations while on the go. A person can edit or cancel a reservation, as well as add more detailed information about travel plans. Adding travel information, such as the airline carrier, flight number and destination quickens the check-in and check-out procedure at SmartPark, which would give people more time to get to a terminal.
These improvements are meant to relieve some of the stress associated with travelling.
“SmartPark JFK is taking yet another step to reinforce its strong commitment to its customers,” said Smith. “We continue to strive and aim to deliver the best possible product we can to the airline traveller.”
