JAMAICA — A Brooklyn woman was arrested last week for allegedly damaging another woman’s Jamaica home, the Queens district attorney said.
Janice Stubbins, 28, of New Lots Avenue, was arraigned on criminal mischief, aggravated harassment and harassment Sept. 7, Queens DA Richard Brown said. On that morning, she allegedly went to the house of a woman living at 171st Street and 108th Avenue and allegedly went on a rampage, according to the DA.
Stubbins allegedly, stabbed two tires on the victim’s car with a butcher knife and then kicked in the common door to the victim’s multi-family house before stabbing the door to the apartment, the criminal complaint said. She allegedly threatened to blow the victim’s head off, according to the complaint.
Back in June, Stubbins made a similar threat to the tenant, telling her she would burn the house down and did not care if anyone was inside, the complaint said.
