RIDGEWOOD — A 37-year-old Ridgewood man was arrested after he allegedly shot an air rifle through a home’s window, the Queens district attorney said.
Damdindorj Bold, of 80-31 Cypress Ave. in Ridgewood, was arraigned Aug. 23 in Queens Criminal Court on charges of reckless endangerment and criminal possession of a weapon, Queens DA Richard Brown said.
The defendant is alleged to have fired several holes through the window of a home on 59th Street with a Winchester air file, nearly hitting its owner in the head, the DA said. He was released on his own recognizance.
