Police released sketches of two men suspected of robbing residents at gunpoint within the 112th Precinct, which encompasses Forest Hills and Rego Park.
The men are wanted for two incidents that occurred last month.
The first case occurred Aug. 26 at 65-50 Wetherole St.
At about midnight, a man was approached by the two men, who have been described as two males aged 20-25.
One of the men flashed a gun, and stole some jewelry, cash and a cell phone.
Two days later, the men stuck up a woman near 110-11 Jewel Ave.
The men approached the woman from behind at about 3:15 p.m.
One of the men again flashed a firearm, and they made off with the woman’s necklace.
The men were seen getting into a four-door, late model white Cadillac with New York license plates.
One is about 5 feet 11 inches tall and 200 pounds. Police said he was armed with a black handgun.
The other is described as about 5 feet 7 inches tall and about 140 pounds.
