Forest Hills Little League Has Bats at the Ready

The Forest Hills Little League opened their 2012 season last Saturday, Apr. 21 at the Fleet Street Fields. Joining the ballplayers for their opening ceremonies were (first to fourth from left in top row in photo at right) Assemblyman Andrew Hevesi, State Sen. Toby Ann Stavisky, Assemblywoman Grace Meng, City Council Member Karen Koslowitz, (sixth from left) City Council Member Elizabeth Crowley and (far right) Deputy Inspector Christopher Tamola, the 112th Precinct’s commanding officer.
