His Killer Gets Away In Auto

Law enforcement agents are continuing to seek the gunman who fatally shot a 22-year-old man in the face during a dispute outside an Ozone Park nightclub early on Monday morning, Aug. 27, police reported.

The suspect wanted for the fatal shooting of a 22-year-old man near an Ozone Park bar.

The perpetrator, described by the NYPD as an African-American male between 35 and 40 years of age, is wanted for the murder of Boutin Williams, 22, of Far Rockaway Boulevard in Far Rockaway.

Williams was reportedly gunned down by the unidentified suspect near the Flirt lounge located at 94-02 80th St. near Rockaway Boulevard just before 3:45 a.m. Monday morning.

According to information obtained by police, Williams and the suspect became embroiled in an apparent argument in front of the bar. Seconds later, it was reported, the perpetrator shot Williams in the face, then fled from the location inside a 1990s Nissan Maxima.

Reportedly, an unknown individual attempted to drive Williams to a local hospital, but stopped at the corner of 89th Street and Rockaway Boulevard and called 911 for assistance.

Officers from the 102nd Precinct responded to the location along with EMS units, who pronounced Williams dead at the scene.

The case has been presented to the 102nd Precinct Detective Squad and the NYPD Queens Homicide Squad for further investigation, police said.
