What is taking Time Warner so long to repair its cable transmission? Whole sections of the city have gotten back their electricity, yet we still wait and hear excuse after excuse.
On the list of Hurricane Sandy tragedies, Time Warner outage does not even rate, but it has been inconvenient for those of us who subscribe to this overpriced — since deregulation — service.
