FOCUS ON QUEENS: Crowley hosts Black History celebration

U.S. Rep. Joseph Crowley recently honored several community and political leaders for their contributions during a Black History Month Celebration. The annual event celebrates the achievements of African Americans throughout our history and celebrate New York’s rich diversity, according to Crowley.
