Ridgewood Scouts Remember Fallen Vets

Extra volunteers were needed to serve patrons at the St. Margaret’s School Oktoberfest celebration last Saturday

Members of Cub Scout Pack 327 from St. Matthias Church in Ridgewood began their commemoration of Memorial Day early last Wednesday, May 22, by laying flags at the monuments of veterans interred at Maple Grove Cemetery in Kew Gardens. The scouts also participated in a special memorial service held at the nearby Center at Maple Grove.
