Split Svc. Day & Night On L Trains In Bklyn.
L train service will operate in two sections-between Eighth Avenue and Broadway Junction and between Broadway Junction and Canarsie- Rockaway Parkway-on Tuesday and Wednesday, Jan. 7-8, from 11 a.m. until 3:05 p.m.; and late nights on Tuesday through Friday, Jan. 10, from 12:01 until 5 a.m.
Riders can transfer between L trains at Broadway Junction to continue their trip.
During this period, it was noted, all L trains running between Broadway Junction and Canarsie- Rockaway Parkway will operate every 24 minutes.
Riders are advised to allow for additional travel time.
Midday Local Svc. On J Line In Bklyn.
J trains will run local service in both directions between Myrtle Avenue and Marcy Avenue today and tomorrow, Thursday and Friday, Jan. 2-3, from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. Riders are advised to allow for additional travel time.
Weekday Express On 7 Line In Qns.
Flushing-bound 7 trains will run express service between Queensboro Plaza and Mets-Willets Point on Thursday and Friday, Jan. 2-3, from 10:15 a.m. until 3 p.m. These trains will continue to stop at Woodside- 61st Street and Junction Boulevard.
For service to the 33rd Street, 40th Street, 46th Street, 52nd Street, 69th Street, 74th Street, 82nd Street, 90th Street, 103rd Street and 111th Street stations, take the 7 train to Woodside- 61st Street, Junction Boulevard or Mets-Willets Point, then transfer to a Manhattan-bound 7 train.
For service from these stations, take the 7 train to Junction Boulevard, Woodside-61st Street or Queensboro Plaza, then transfer to a Flushingbound 7 train.
Stations Skipped On E, F This Weekend
Manhattan-bound E and F trains will skip the Van Wyck Boulevard and 75th Avenue stations this weekend, from 11:45 p.m. Friday, Jan. 3, until 5 a.m. Monday, Jan. 6. During this period, Manhattan-bound F trains will also skip the Sutphin Boulevard station.
For service to Van Wyck Boulevard or 75th Avenue, take the E or F train to Union Turnpike or 71st- Continental Avenues, then transfer to a Jamaica Center-bound E train or a Jamaica-bound F train. For service to the Sutphin Boulevard station, take the F train to Union Turnpike, then transfer to a Jamaica-bound F train.
For service from these stations, take the E train to Union Turnpike or Jamaica-Van Wyck, then transfer to a Manhattan-bound E train; or the F train to Union Turnpike or Parsons Boulevard, then transfer to a Manhattan-bound F train.
Weekend Express
On E, R In W. Queens
Jamaica Center-bound E trains will skip the 36th Street, Steinway Street, 46th Street, Northern Boulevard and 65th Street stations late nights this weekend, from 12:15 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 4, until 5 a.m. Monday, Jan. 6; and late nights on Tuesday, Jan. 7, through Friday, Jan. 10, from 12:15 until 5 a.m.
Additionally, Forest Hills-bound R trains will skip these stations all this weekend on Saturday and Sunday, Jan. 4-5.
For service to the skipped stations, take the E or R train to Roosevelt Avenue, then transfer to a Manhattanbound E or R train. For service from these stations, take the E or R train to Queens Plaza, then transfer to a Jamaica Center-bound E train or a Forest Hills-bound R train.
A Trains To Far Rock. Out This Weekend
A train service will be suspended between Broad Channel and Mott Avenue-Far Rockaway this weekend, from 5:30 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 4, until 10 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 5.
During this service change, A trains will operate normally between 207th Street in Manhattan and Broad Channel, then replace on the Rockaway Park Shuttle between Broad Channel and Beach 116th Street.
Free shuttle buses will be provided in lieu of A trains to Far Rockaway and make all local stops along the way.
It was noted that service to and from Lefferts Boulevard-Ozone Park will not be affected.
A Trains Skips Two
Ozone Park Stations
Manhattan-bound A trains will skip the 111th Street and 104th Street stations on Wednesday, Jan. 8, through Friday, Jan. 10, from 9:45 a.m. until 3 p.m. This service change will be in effect the following week between Wednesday and Friday, Jan. 15-17.
For service to these stations, take the Q112 bus along Liberty Avenue. For service from these stations, take the A train to Ozone Park-Lefferts Boulevard, then transfer to a Manhattan-bound A train.
