Tough Weekend for Bwg Teams

In Cosmopolitan Junior Soccer League action last weekend, Blau Weiss Gottschee (BWG) 2004 White was defeated by Manhattan Kickers FC ’04 6-4. Early in the game, Gottschee was leading the game with a wonderfully set up goal. On the pre-academy stage, U11 (shown above) played a very close match with their rivals, Met Oval. In a hard fought game, the score ended in a tie, 4-4. BWG did have a two goal lead, but were unable to maintain it until the end of the game.
