School children take their bows after presenting a living story about the birth of Jesus in Scripture and song at St. Adalbert Church in Elmhurst. The play was co-sponsored by the Secular Franciscan Fraternity. The boys and girls presented the re-enactment that began in 1223 in Greccio, Italy and is known as a “Greccio.”
