Police seek missing South Ozone park teen

SOUTH OZONE PARK — The NYPD is seeking a teenager who has been missing since Tuesday morning, and is asking for the public’s help in finding her.

Ilaysha Rincon, 13, lives near the corner of 135th Avenue and 122nd Street, and was last seen leaving her residence at 7 a.m. that day. She is 5-foot-3, 110 pounds, with a thin build and a medium complexion, according to the NYPD. Police said she had brown hair and brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a gray shirt and gray pants. The NYPD also released a photo of the missing girl.

Police were asking anyone with any information about the missing teenager to call the NYPD Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1 (800) 577-TIPS, or to submit tips online at www.nypdcrimestoppers.com. All tips are confidential, police said.
