Detectives need the public’s help in finding a man who exposed his genitals to a young girl on a Woodside street recently.
According to police, the 13-year-old female victim was walking to school at 7:30 a.m. on May 30 at the corner of 51st Avenue and 72nd Place, where she was approached by the perpetrator, who was walking with his bicycle at the location.
Law enforcement sources said the perpetrator — described as a Hispanic male standing 5 foot 10 inches tall and wearing a black-and-white long-sleeve sweater, gray pants, brown boots and a baseball cap — exposed himself to the girl. The victim continued walking, and the creep got back on his bicycle and pedaled away in an unknown direction.
The incident was later reported to the 108th Precinct.
Police released on Friday, June 24, images of the suspect captured in front of a location on 51st Avenue near where the incident occurred.
