The NYPD is asking for the public’s help in identifying two men who knocked out an 89-year-old and stole his keys on a Jackson Heights street.
The incident occurred on Sept. 16 at about 4:45 p.m. when the two suspects approached the victim at the corner of 83 Street and 35 Avenue and knocked him to the ground, police said. The duo then stole the victim’s keys and fled the scene.
According to police, the victim received medical treatment at the scene for bruising and is in stable condition.
The first suspect is described as a Hispanic male and was last seen wearing a blue baseball cap with stars and a tattoo on the back of his neck.
The second suspect is described as a male who was last seen wearing camouflage pants and a black do-rag.
