UPDATE: Brother arrested for stabbing his sibling to death on a south Queens street

Cops have arrested the brother of a 29-year-old man who was fatally stabbed in St. Albans on Sunday night during an apparent domestic dispute, police said.

On Dec. 11, police took into custody Jaleel Glanville, 21, of St. Albans. According to law enforcement sources, Glanville and the victim were siblings and the stabbing may have been a result of a domestic dispute.

At approximately 10:47 p.m. on Dec. 10, officers from the 113th Precinct responded to a 911 call regarding a person stabbed outside a home on Jordan Avenue near Farmers Boulevard.

Upon their arrival, authorities said, the officers found a 29-year-old man with stab wounds to his left forearm, right hand and left leg.

EMS responded to the location and transported the victim to Queens Hospital Center, where he was pronounced dead. The identity of the deceased is being withheld pending family notification.

According to the New York Daily News, police shut off access to Jordan Avenue following the incident and searched for witnesses and clues near B & R Spice Jamaican Restaurant, close to the crime scene.

Glanville was charged with murder, manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon.
