Leasing has launched for CORE NYC, a 260-unit residential building at 98-10 63rd Rd. in Rego Park.
As of June 11, the CORE NYC website has 13 units listed as available. These units range in rental price from $2,908 a month to $4,297 a month. The units in the building range from as small as studios to as large as two-bedroom residences.

The launch of leasing comes less than two months after a housing lottery was launched for 78 of the 260 units. Applications are still being accepted in that housing lottery, which will end on June 16.
Jade Century Properties developed the 22-story CORE NYC, which is located in the heart of Rego Park. The leasing and marketing of the units is being handled by MNS Real Estate.

“At MNS, we believe great leasing starts with great storytelling, grounded in the character of each neighborhood we serve. As we continue our expansion into Queens, particularly lively communities like Rego Park, we’re inspired by the energy, diversity and potential that these areas hold,” said MNS Real Estate CEO Andrew Barrocas said. “With CORE, we aim to cultivate spaces that not only meet people’s needs but also inspire creativity, connection and community.”

Each residence features floor-to-ceiling windows to help bring in natural light, kitchens with white tile backsplashes, sleek gray high-end countertops, high-end kitchen appliances, energy-efficient appliances and a dishwasher. These units also have air-conditioning, washers, dryers, smart controls for heating and cooling and online options for leasing, paying rent and making maintenance requests. While hot water is included in the rent, tenants will be responsible for household electricity, including stove, heat and cooling.

Amenities available at CORE NYC include a rooftop terrace with grills, a rooftop library, a resident lounge, a garden terrace, a fitness center, a yoga/dance studio, a children’s playroom, a co-working space, a doorman, 16-hour front desk concierge, security cameras, an elevator, an accessible entrance, bike storage lockers and parking. Each household is also allowed to have up to two pets that weigh no more than 40 pounds. There are restrictions on breeds, with the exception of service animals. Fish tanks are prohibited.

“With CORE, we had a vision to develop a community-focused residence that blends thoughtful design with an authentic connection to its surroundings,” Jade Century Properties President Xiaorong Zhai said. “MNS understands our vision, and their expertise in leasing and marketing, paired with a deep understanding of the Queens market, has ensured that CORE not only reaches the right audience but truly resonates with them. We’re proud of what we’ve built together and excited to see CORE become a meaningful part of the Rego Park community.”
The area around CORE NYC has a pedestrian-friendly walk score. Nearby access to mass transportation includes the 63rd Drive-Rego Park subway station, which services the E, F, M and R trains, as well as bus stops for the Q38, Q72, QM10, QM11 and QM40 lines.
