Grace Meng and F.O.C.U.S. (Friends of the Community Unite & Serve) announced the AXA Achievement Community Scholarship Program which will distribute up to a dozen $2,000 to area high school seniors.
The eligibility details for the scholarships were made public at the Flushing F.O.C.U.S. Office at 135-29 Roosevelt Avenue, 3rd Floor, on Thursday, January 25.
The AXA Foundation is the philanthropic arm of AXA Equitable, directing the company’s philanthropic and volunteer activities and working to improve the quality of life in communities across the country where AXA has a presence.
The AXA Achievement Community Scholarship Program was established to help bring advice and access to higher education into every community in which AXA has a presence. Every AXA Advisors’ branch office nationwide will distribute up to twelve $2,000 scholarships to high school seniors who live and attend high school in their area.
