Fatal Collision

A 35-year-old man was killed in a motor vehicle accident at 20th Avenue and 135th Street on Saturday, October 20.
The man, riding a motorcycle, was believed to be driving westbound on 20th Avenue, according to a preliminary investigation by the police. He collided with a Chevrolet sedan pulling into a parking lot.
The vehicle’s two female passengers, ages 23 and 17, were taken to Booth Memorial Hospital in stable condition.
The male was pronounced dead on the scene.
No criminality is suspected at this time.

Late Night Shooting
Police in the 109th Precinct are investigating a shooting that took place at 59th Avenue and Main Street at 2:37 a.m. on Sunday, October 21.
According to officers, a 24-year-old man and a 29-year-old woman were sitting in a parked Nissan Altima when two unidentified men driving a dark-colored sedan opened fire at the pair.
The male victim, shot once in the right shoulder and elbow, drove the car to Booth Memorial Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition.
The female passenger, shot three times in the head, was listed in critical condition.
No one has been arrested in connection with the shootings
