The New York Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a man wanted in connection with three bank robberies.
The first occurred on Tuesday, December 18 at the Sovereign Bank at 24-28 34th Avenue.
The second robbery was on Monday, December 24 at the Alma Bank, at 28-31 31st Street. And on Wednesday, January 2, the suspect allegedly hit the Bank of America at 19-50 37th Street.
According to police, the suspect enters the bank and demands money while simulating possession of a firearm.
The perp is described as 25 to 30 years old, 5’9” to 6’, weighing 200-250 pounds, with a large build. He was last seen wearing a dark wool cap, black bubble vest, dark sweatshirt and blue pants.
