Little League says ‘Play Golf!’

The Bayside Little League is one of the largest in the country, with over 1,000 kids participating, and it takes a whole lot of money to keep it running. On Monday, May 12, they held their sixth annual Golf Outing at the prestigious Harbor Links Country Club in Port Washington. Over 150 golfers and numerous local merchants sponsored and participated in this fund-raising event to help support the local kids. League President Bob Reid and the event committee of Robert Reid, Jr.; Oral Wells; Tom Brennan; Marcial Alzugaray; Dianne O’Connor and Marcial Alzugaray, Jr. put together a successful event, despite the cold, wet weather.
