FLORAL PARK — A 32-year-old Brooklyn woman was arrested after she allegedly attempted to steal skin care products from a Floral Park CVS Pharmacy chain store, the Queens district attorney said.
Cicely Jenkins of Brooklyn was arraigned Sept. 15 before Queens Criminal Court Judge Lenora Gerald on charges of petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen property, Queens DA Richard Brown said. She was held on a $1,000 cash bail, the DA said.
Jenkins allegedly took an assortment of skin products from the shelves of the pharmacy, on Jamaica Avenue in Floral Park, and stuffed them into a bag, the DA said. She is accused of attempting to leave the store without paying for the items, the DA said.
