State Senator Frank Padavan recently installed the new officers of the Auburndale Improvement Association during a brief ceremony at the Reception House in Flushing.
The annual installation of officers meeting was held on Tuesday, September 15 at the catering hall on Northern Boulevard.
Terri Pouymari was sworn in as the new president of the organization, one of the largest civics in the city.
Also installed were: Henry Euler as first vice-president, Housing and Zoning Chair; Rose Giordano Forken, second vice-president; Mary Alice Broussard, third vice president; Beryl Bain, Recording Secretary ; Marge Cirincione, Corresponding Secretary, and Joan Jaworski as Treasurer.
