A Woodhaven man has been arraigned for allegedly threatening his neighbor.
According to documents obtained from the district attorney’s office, Eric Lopez, carrying a bag, showed a knife to his neighbor and said, “I?got something for you in the bag, I’m going to kill you.”
Police recovered the knife in question and Lopez was charged with menacing in the second degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree and harassment in the second degree. His next court date is May 10.
