NY1’s “Your Queens News Now” has launched its own weekend version of the popular “In the Papers” segment with The Queens Courier as one of the leading community newspapers to be featured.
After July 16, cable subscribers can tune in to Channel 1 as anchors Rocco Vertuccio, Michelle Park, Jon Weinstein and Samuel King comb the local papers, including The Queens Courier, for interesting stories during the “Queens Week in Review” show, Fridays at 6:30 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays at 2:30 p.m. The weekend “In the Papers” segment can also be viewed at www.ny1.com.
