‘Chasing Ghosts in Queens’
Woodside Library
Friday, October 22

The Woodside Library, located at 54-22 Skillman Avenue, will hold “Chasing Ghosts in Queens” at 3:30 p.m. on Friday, October 22.
The event will feature ghost hunters and authors Joseph Flammer and Diana Hill, who are known as The Paranormal Adventurers.

‘Brigadoon’
Kupferberg Center for the Arts
Friday, October 22 to Sunday, October 24

The Kupferberg Center for the Arts at Queens College, located at 65-30 Kissena Boulevard in Flushing, will hold performances of “Brigadoon” at 8 p.m. on Friday, October 22 and Saturday, October 23 and at 3 p.m. on Sunday, October 24.
The Lerner and Lowe musical tells the story of a Scottish village that appears every 100 years.
Tickets are $15 or $13 for seniors, students, Queens College alumni and those with a Queens College ID.

‘Winds of Change’
Queens Symphony Orchestra
Saturday, October 23

The Queen Symphony Orchestra will hold it’s Masterworks Concert “Winds of Change” at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 23 at the Queensborough Performing Arts Center, located at 222-05 56th Avenue in Bayside.
There will be a pre-concert lecture at 6:30 p.m.
Tickets are $30 for orchestra seating and $25 for balcony seating. The cost is $20 for students and seniors 65 and over and $10 for children 12 and under.

Jackie Mason
Queens Theatre in the Park
Saturday, October 23 and Sunday, October 24

Comedian Jackie Mason will be at Queens Theatre in the Park, located in Flushing Meadows-Corona Park, at 8 p.m. on Saturday, October 23 and at 3 p.m. on Sunday, October 24.
Mason will be trying out some of his new material during the shows.
Tickets are $45 or $43 for seniors and $30 for students.
