Seek man allegedly wanted in string of cabbie robberies

The NYPD is asking for your help in finding Shawn Peace, wanted for the shooting of livery cab driver Trevor Bell – and a string of other robberies, according to reports.
Bell, 53, was shot multiple times in the legs and neck before he was robbed of $100 on Friday, December 3 at the corner of 122nd Street and Sutter Avenue. The suspect was caught on tape by a camera Bell kept on his dashboard.
Peace is described as a male black, 22 5’10”, approximately 180 pounds.
Reports claim that Peace has been part of a crew that has held up cabbies and commercial locations in the borough 16 times since the summer.
