Homeless animals need help

Local leaders are asking you to help the homeless . . . animals.
Assemblymember Mike Miller and Bobbi and the Strays, a local no-kill pet shelter, have partnered to encourage more local residents to adopt homeless animals.
“Please visit Bobbi and the Strays and take home your new family member today,” said Miller. “By providing a safe shelter for abandoned animals, Bobbi and the Strays does this community a valuable service. What sets this shelter apart is their no-kill policy, which gives the animals a chance at a full and normal life.”
Bobbi and the Strays is located at 71-03 80th Street, in the Shops at Atlas Park. Any questions can be directed to Miller’s office at 718-805-0950. – Tonia N. Cimino
