Celebrating Irish Pride & Culture at Queens’ ‘st. Pats for All’ Parade

Everyone was a little Irish during the annual St. Pat’s For All Parade on Sunday, Mar. 4, along the streets of Sunnyside and Woodside. As noted, the march is the only St. Patrick’s Day parade in New York City which allows members of all backgrounds to march. Thousands of marchers turned out for this year’s edition of the march, including various elected officials and a wide variety of community, civic and lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) organizations. Among the groups representated at the parade were Boys Club of New York, the Scottish Pipes and Drums, the Irish Language Speakers of New York, the Queens Lesbian and Gay Pride Committee, Girl Scout Troop 4074 and the Shannon Gaels Gaelic Football Club of Queens.
