Two people were injured after a pair of cars collided at the corner of Queens Boulevard and Broadway in Elmhurst last Thursday morning, Mar. 29, Fire Department sources said. According to sources, the impact of the crash-which occurred at around 8:30 a.m.-caused one of the vehicles to turn over. Members of Engine Co. 287, Ladder Co. 136, Rescue 4, Squad Co. 288, Battalion 46, the 110th Precinct, NYPD Emergency Services Unit 10 and EMS units responded to the scene. The victims were taken by paramedics to Elmhurst Hospital Center for treatment of injuries that were not life-threatening. (photos: John Hagmaier)
