WOODHAVEN — Police were seeking the public’s help in identifying a man wanted in connection with a rape on 89th Avenue between 102nd and 104th streets in Woodhaven Sunday.
Police say the suspect grabbed the victim, a 19-year-old Hispanic female, and forced her behind a house where he sexually assaulted her.
The suspect is described at a male Hispanic, 25 to 35 years old, between 5-foot-5 and 5-foot-7 and approximately 200 pounds with spiked hair. He was wearing a tank top with characters from the “Family Guy” cartoon on the front and cargo shorts.
