Serving Honors to Mock Trial Team

Members of the St. John’s University Mock Trial Team were honored by City Council Member Jimmy Van Bramer last Wednesday, June 13, in recognition of the 20th anniversary of the team’s founding. The legislator-who was a member of the mock trial team while a student at St. John’s-also recognized the group for placing in the top 20 out of nearly 700 colleges and universities which participated in the program this year. Van Bramer and members of the mock trial team are shown with City Council Speaker Christine Quinn and other City Council members, including Daniel Dromm, Julissa Ferreras, Peter Koo and Karen Koslowitz.
