Summer Block Parties Are Coming Back!

There was plenty to celebrate for the residents of Jefferson Avenue between Wyckoff and Cypress avenues in Ridgewood as their block party last Saturday, June 9, served also as a birthday celebration for one of its young residents. Once again, the Times Newsweekly/Ridgewood Times will be featuring photos of block parties from around our coverage area during the summer months. Our photographers will be heading to gatherings on weekends from July through September to snap pictures of groups of residents enjoying the warm summer weather, good food and good times. Photos of the parties will be published in Times Newsweekly issues beginning in July.
