The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the man in this photo, identified as 27-year-old James Peeples, who is wanted for sexually assaulting a 24-year-old female in the vicinity of Astoria Boulevard and 18th Street in Astoria. Peeples stands approximately 6’6″ tall, weighs 230 lbs., and has brown eyes and brown hair with blonde-highlighted dreadlocks.
