The initiative includes better sanitation-Ferreras said garbage is now collected 14 times a week along the avenue. Her plan also calls for improved lighting and public safety measures, as well as updated zoning that would allow business owners to make the structural upgrades they need and ensure “the proper tax base for Corona,” she said.
