Glendale Dinner for Vets

The Allied Veterans of Ridgewood and Glendale held a dinner/dance at the American Legion Brewery Keenan-Heisser Post in Glendale on Sunday, Apr. 7, to raise funds for the 75th annual Ridgewood- Glendale Memorial Day Parade in May. During the event, Israel Rivera (second from left) was honored by the committee for his service to local veterans. Also shown at the dinner were Paul Schottenhamel of the American Legion, chairperson of the committee, and representatives of various veterans posts in Ridgewood and Glendale. The Memorial Day Parade is May 27.
