MARION I. HAGMAIER (nee
Harris) died onMonday, Apr. 29. She
was the beloved mother of Charles P.
and Gaby, devoted mother-in-law of
Patricia and fond grandmother of
Vicky, Michael, Charles, John and
Wayne. She is also survived by many
great-grandchildren and great-greatgrandchildren. She was preceded in
death by her husband, Charles A., son
Clifford M. and granddaughter Suzie.
She was a pioneer of the Telephone
Company. Services were offered at
Michaels Funeral Home, 79-22 Metropolitan Ave., Middle Village, followed by interment at All Faiths
Cemetery, Middle Village.

NORBERT H. WINKLER of Glendale died on Saturday, May 11, at the
age of 79 following a short but tough
fight with complications resulting
from a gallstone. A native of Niederbayern, Germany, Norbert immigrated with his wife Ernestine and
son Rudy to Ridgewood in 1959. For
about three decades, he was the
owner of Winkler Electrical Contracting based in Ridgewood. Norbert
was active in a number of civic organizations including the Ridgewood
Eagles, which he served as president;
the Edelweiss Ski Club, which he
served as lodge chairman emeritus;
and the former Ridgewood Bayern.
He was the beloved husband of
Ernestine Winkler, admired father of
Rudy, Gloria and Marco, father-inlaw of Nancy and Dave and cherished grandfather of Caitlin, Olivia,
Erika, Zachary and Ethan. He is also
survived by several brothers and sisters,

sisters-in-law, nieces and
nephews, many of whom reside in
Germany. Services were offered on
Tuesday, May 14, at Fox Funeral
Home, 98-07 Ascan Ave., Forest
Hills.

JENNIFER L. GAETANO of
Ridgewood died on Tuesday, May 7,
at the age of 36. She was the devoted
mother of Jocelyn Rodriguez and

Ethan Hostos, beloved daughter of
Linda DeLaRosa and the late Glen
Gaetano, loving stepdaughter of
Louie DeLaRosa and Joseph Yumet
and dear sister of Melissa Yumet and
the late Jason Gaetano. She is also
survived by her grandparents. She
was an active leader of the Girl
Scouts at Covenant Lutheran Church
in Ridgewood. A Mass of Christian

the age of 77. A native of Sibiu, Romania, he was the beloved husband
