Coffee lovers may soon get an even quicker cup of joe at the borough’s first-ever Starbucks drive-thru expected to open in Rego Park.
The drive-thru will be located within a new development currently under construction at 92-77 Queens Blvd., according to DNAinfo, which first reported that the drive-thru was coming to the site along with the Wyndham Hotel.
A Starbucks spokeswoman confirmed to The Courier that a drive-thru was coming to a location within the central Queens neighborhood but would not specify an opening date.
The space at 92-77 Queens Blvd., which is expected to be move-in ready later this year, is located adjacent to Rego Center and blocks away from Queens Center and Queens Place malls.
The site, which offers on-site parking, will also be home to a Retro Fitness.
Last month, Starbucks also announced it would be opening its first location in Ridgewood.
