Four people are recovering from injuries they received after a car crashed into a Ridgewood eatery on Sunday afternoon.

According to authorities, at 12:09 p.m. on Dec. 9, officers from the 104th Precinct responded to a 911 call regarding a motor vehicle collision between two cars at the Tasty Diner located at 58-02 Myrtle Ave.

An investigation found that the woman operating a 2006 Honda was driving southbound on Onderdonk Avenue just before the crash. As she approached the intersection at Myrtle Avenue, she lost control of her car and rear-ended a 2001 Ford.  The Honda subsequently crashed into the Tasty Diner.

Both operators of the vehicles remained at the scene following the collision, according to police.

An adult and child, who were patrons at the diner, were injured during the collision. EMS responded to the scene and transported the patrons and drivers to Wyckoff Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
