A motorcyclist from South Richmond Hill died after the driver of a sedan allegedly drove in front of him, causing the two to collide in South Ozone Park on Friday, according to authorities.

On Sept. 18, around 7:50 p.m., Udeshnauth Hariprasad, 40, was driving his motorcycle westbound on Linden Boulevard, according to police. As he approached 120th Street, the 30-year-old driver of a BMW 5351 sedan pulled into the intersection after stopping at the stop sign, cops said.

Hariprasad lost control of his bike and fell off, tumbling into the roadway, police said. The motorcycle went spiraling into the passenger side of the BMW, according to the NYPD.

EMS personnel arrived to find Harisprasad with trauma to his head and body. He was rushed to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center where he was pronounced dead on Saturday, Sept. 19.

The driver of the BMW remained at the scene of the collision.

No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
