A new development in Astoria officially leased out all 23 luxury apartments in under one month.

The seven-story building, at 25-79 31st St., includes 22 one-bedroom apartments, and only one two-bedroom layout. Rental prices started at $2,900 per month, with the final unit leasing at $3,400 per month for the one bedroom apartments.

Brokerage firm Modern Spaces marketed and leased the property.

“The former studio market has shifted towards one bedrooms as more renters are looking for larger spaces. Combine that with the need for outdoor space, lack of inventory and we have perfectly positioned 25-79 for an accelerated rent up,” said Sales Agent at Modern Spaces. Gregory Kyroglou.

All apartments feature white oak flooring, sleek cabinetry, black quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. Each unit also has ample closet space and an outdoor balcony. The building also includes a fitness center.

The property, one block from Astoria’s N and W lines, is in close proximity to Athens Square Park, Columbus Triangle and the Museum of the Moving Image. The Astoria Ferry Terminal is also a short walk away.
