Teen stabbed in rear end during robbery in front of McDonald’s in Long Island City: NYPD

A teenager was stabbed in the rear end during a robbery in the parking lot in front of a Long Island City McDonald’s on Monday afternoon, Nov. 21.

Police from the 114th Precinct in Astoria were called to the location at 31-46 21st Street just after 4 p.m. when they encountered the 15-year-old with a stab wound to his buttocks.

Officers determined that a group of individuals took the teen’s cell phone and then stabbed him in his backside with a sharp instrument before running off in an unknown direction, police said.

The victim was transported to Elmhurst Hospital Center where he was listed in stable condition. There are no arrests and the investigation is ongoing.

The NYPD released surveillance images of three of the suspects. One wore a black hooded sweatshirt and a gray winter jacket with a fur-lined hood. A second assailant wore a black jacket and a black face covering and the third perp wore a blue jacket with a fur-lined hood over a white hoodie with black pants and white sneakers. He also wore a black face covering.
