LaGuardia Gateway Partners honors staff for exceptional service at Terminal B

LaGuardia Gateway Partners, the manager and developer of Terminal B at LaGuardia Airport, recently celebrated its newest honorees in the B-Celebrated program. This recognition initiative is designed to honor outstanding community members who contribute to the airport’s success and customer experience.

The quarterly honorees for this program were ABM Industries Guest Experience Ambassador Frank Lopez and American Airlines Bag Room Chief Gerard Manno.

Both Lopez and Manno were nominated by their colleagues for consistently going above and beyond in their respective roles to deliver exceptional service at Terminal B.

The B-Celebrated program is part of LaGuardia Gateway Partners’ ongoing efforts to foster a supportive and collaborative work environment at Terminal B. The initiative highlights the importance of teamwork and exceptional service in creating a positive atmosphere for both employees and travelers alike.

LaGuardia Gateway Partners, which oversees the redevelopment of Terminal B, has made significant strides in modernizing and improving the airport’s facilities. These efforts are designed to enhance the passenger experience and position LaGuardia as a world-class airport.
