The incident occurred at 12:30 a.m. at Maurice Avenue and 65th Place, police said. The 21-year-old bicyclist, riding westbound on 65th, was struck by a 2005 Ford driven by a 23-year-old man traveling southbound on Maurice Avenue, police said.

Charges for taggers on BQE in Woodside
One 20-year-old and two 19-year-old men were observed making the graffiti at the underpass at 32nd Avenue and 62nd Street, police said. The suspects were arrested on charges of making graffiti and possession of graffiti instruments.
