More funding to keep lights on – Grand Army Plaza lights expected to be even more grand
The Prospect Park in Lights holiday lighting installations have come down, but the park and surrounding neighborhoods are still basking in the glow of six weeks of magical lights, festive special events, fireworks and special trolley tours.
