PERSONAL: LoPrinzi has been married for 15 years and has three children, ages 12, 9 and 2. He has been the membership chair for the Howard Beach Civic Forum for two years and also volunteers with the St. Helen’s and Our Lady of Grace sports programs in addition to coaching/administering the Summer Police Athletic League (PAL), with more than 500 children, in Howard Beach.
LoPrinzi also coaches three other travel teams comprised of children from the community.
Additionally, he has been volunteering as a coach for the Ozone Howard Little League for seven years.
&#8220My son plays [in the league] and after I am done coaching him, I wanted to [continue to] be involved in something important in the community,” he said.
Currently, there are about 1,000 boys and girls, ages 5 to 16, in the Ozone Howard Little League.

JOB: LoPrinzi owns a packaging company, Color Carton, in the Bronx. It is a family business.

PROUDEST MOMENT: “The birth of my three children.”

BIGGEST CHALLENGE: “Juggling family time [with all 3 kids], work, community volunteerism, and volunteer work in the packing industry.”

INSPIRATION: “My father because he came from Sicily at age 12 and built a business [Color Carton] which now employs more than 70 people.”
